Although our products are always suitable for oily combination, dry, mature, normal or sensitive skin types, it is advisable to always test the products on a small area of your skin such as the cheek, behind the ears, elbow or wrist to check for skin irrritation to prevent any allergicor sensitisation reaction or skin sensitivity to ingredients. In a situation of any severe allergic reactions from using our products please discontinue and seek medical advice immediately and let us know.

   4. Products are non-refundable due to nature of the product (Skin Care). No Return or Exchange

Cancellation and Refund Policy

When a customer places an order from Aza Mab Beauty website and wish to cancel for any reason, it has to be before product is shipped out.

Refunds will be processed however this could take up to  7 – 10 working days to reflect in your account.

When refunding any payment made after seven days without shipping, a charge will apply

Cancellation is not applicable once the product has been shipped due to cost. Please read more on this in our Refund Policy.

Changes To Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. This agreement was last modified in 2017
