Shipping local and international order

After placing your order, we ship your item out in 2-3 working days, usually on Monday, Wednesday and Friday via Royal mail. International shipping is placed with royal mail or with DHL, basic rate is £42. Depending on the order weight shipping might go high, in case your shipping weight is more than 2 kg , extra charges will be incurred , we will notify you by Email or Whatsapp chat so that payment can be arranged. Please note, we do not ship on weekends, except it is urgent and the customer will have to pay extra for this service.

Shipping of Items

Once an items has been shipped and the tracking information sent to you, it is your responsibility to follow up and if lost, call your local post office and provide the tracking detail to them. we are not responsible for delayed orders or lost orders. If lost your local post office we advised you further on how to claim for lost or damaged items due to their mishandling or negligence..

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
