Refund and Returns Policy

Returns not accepted for a refund, we can only offer our store coupon. The item you are returning must be unopened package and we need to be notified of the issue under 24 hours of product purchased which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

If the product is opened, tampered with or the 24 hours period elapsed, return or exchange will not be allowed and no coupon will be issued.

If your item is eligible for refund, we will notify you by email and let you know when your coupon will be available. The coupon does not include shipping charges. You will have to pay for your shipping. The coupon is only to be used on our website to purchase product.

Shipping on Returning

When returning item, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping charges, also if you are eligible for refund through coupon you will be charged for shipping. We will send you email on payment method to use for shipping charges in order to send back your item..

Shipping of Items

Once an items are shipped and the tracking information sent to you, it is your responsibility to follow up and if lost, call your local post office and provide the tracking detail to them. we are not responsible for delayed order or lost orders. If lost your local post office we advised you further on how to claim for lost or damaged items due to their mishandling.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
